    All moving quotes provided through the Site or via email/phone are non-binding estimates unless otherwise stated in writing. Final costs may vary based on services rendered, item volume, distance, accessibility, and other factors.
    To confirm a booking, you may be required to submit a deposit. All deposits are subject to our cancellation and refund policy.
  2. Payments and Refunds
  • Payments for services must be made in accordance with the terms specified at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the move date may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Refunds, when applicable, will be issued within 3 – 7 business days.

    While we take every precaution to protect your belongings, Best American Movers is not liable for:
  • Loss or damage caused by customer negligence, improper packing (if not packed by us), or items excluded from coverage.
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Personal injuries or property damage occurring on-site unless caused directly by our team’s negligence.
